Yes — kbazzi gives you two options to close or temporarily suspend your account.
Temporary suspension (cooling-off): If you need a short break, go to Profile → Responsible Gaming → Cooling-Off Period and select anywhere from 1 to 30 days. During this time you won't be able to place bets, but your account and balance remain intact.
Long-term closure (self-exclusion): To close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently, choose Self-Exclusion. This can be done via Profile Settings, or simply contact support and they'll take care of it.
Permanent account deletion: For a full account deletion, email support@kbazzi.click. Make sure to withdraw any pending balance before requesting deletion — recovering funds after an account is deleted can be very difficult.

kbazzi offers four main limit-setting tools, all found under Profile → Responsible Gaming.
- Daily Deposit Limit: Set your own daily deposit cap. Once you reach the limit, no further deposits will be accepted that day — it resets the next day. Limits take effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period.
- Loss Limit: Set a daily or weekly limit on how much you're willing to lose. Once the limit is reached, betting stops automatically.
- Reality Check Reminder: A pop-up will appear every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours — showing how long you've been playing and how much you've spent. You can choose to stop at any point.
- Session Time Limit: You can also set a limit on how many hours you play in one session.
On kbazzi Decimal Odds Format is used — it's the most common and easiest to understand format in Bangladesh.
How the Calculation Works: Total return = odds × stake amount

kbazzi currently supports three mobile financial services:
- bKash: Minimum deposit is ৳300, maximum is ৳50,000 per day. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
- Nagad: The same limits apply — minimum deposit ৳300, minimum withdrawal ৳500.
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla): Minimum deposit is ৳300; minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be sent to the same number used for the deposit — make sure you use a number registered in your own name.
- KYC verification (National ID) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
- Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes. Withdrawals are usually processed within 1–4 hours, and faster for accounts with completed KYC.
- No charges are deducted from any transaction — you receive the full amount.

- Mobile Number Change: If your registered number is deactivated or lost, email support@kbazzi.click. You'll need to provide a copy of your National ID for verification. The process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
- Name Correction: To correct a typo or wrong name, you'll need to contact support — verification is done against your NID.
- Email Change: Submit a request via live chat or email. A verification code will be sent to both your old and new email addresses.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, kbazzi follows the rules below:
