Kbazzi Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules from Membership to Payments

By using the kbazzi.click website and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is your sole responsibility to read and understand these terms.

Kbazzi operates under a license from an international gaming authority. Under the terms of that license, we are required to follow specific rules — many of which exist directly to protect our members.

To open an account with kbazzi, you must meet the following requirements:

• A valid, active mobile number and email address must be provided.

• Each person may hold only one account.

Kbazzi reserves the right to close any account registered with false information or where the user's identity has been concealed. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

To change the mobile number registered on your account, you must verify your identity through Support. The same process applies to email updates.

Your account security comes down to two things — technical protection on kbazzi's end, and keeping your login credentials safe on yours.

Member responsibilities include:

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Avoid logging in on unfamiliar devices or public Wi-Fi.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized login attempts to Support immediately.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.

If your account is accessed without authorisation due to your own negligence, kbazzi will not be held liable for any resulting loss. However, if suspicious activity is reported, kbazzi will investigate and take the necessary action.

Kbazzi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

A few rules to keep in mind for withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for your deposit.
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) for new members.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. If there's a delay due to banking system issues, please contact support.

• Bonuses are credited automatically at the time of deposit or during designated events.
• The welcome bonus carries a 15× wagering requirement (applied to the bonus amount), with a 30-day validity period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the entire bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may not count equally toward wagering across all games — full details are provided on each bonus page.

Kbazzi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, bonuses that have already been issued will not be revoked midway.

There are a few general rules that apply to all bets placed on kbazzi that every member should be aware of:

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is abandoned or cancelled by the organising authority, the bet will be voided and your stake will be returned.
• If unusually large bets on a single event appear suspicious, kbazzi may temporarily hold payment pending an investigation.
• Game rules in the Live Casino are set by the respective providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, etc.).

If a technical error causes an unreasonable outcome in any game, kbazzi reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: If a single individual holds more than one account, all accounts will be closed.
• False Identity: Creating an account under someone else's name or with false information.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses in violation of the terms, or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the gaming platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Collusion: Multiple members colluding to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing access to minors: Allowing anyone under 18 to use your account.

If kbazzi suspects any of the above violations, your account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, your account will be reinstated.

Kbazzi believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — never a source of problems. To support that, we offer a range of tools:

• Daily Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily maximum deposit limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can pause your betting activity for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform permanently or for a set period of time.

If you have an issue or complaint, please follow the steps below:

• Step 2: If your issue isn't resolved via live chat, email support@kbazzi.click with full details. You'll receive a response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved via email, you may escalate the matter to kbazzi's licensing authority.

Dispute window: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims raised after 30 days may not be accepted.

Kbazzi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified via their registered email or SMS at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will change.
• Continued use of the platform after a notice has been issued will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

Minor edits — such as spelling corrections or wording clarifications — that do not alter the meaning may be made without separate notice.
